In this advance drumming class we build on the skills learned in the beginning class and move on to more complex rhythms. In this class we learn to feel the rhythm bypassing the thinking mechanism that creates barriers in experiencing and playing the rhythm in you own unique way. However, the ultimate goal is still the same, the class is about experiencing the joy and passion of drumming, releasing all life tension and connecting with yourself and others. Most importantly, there is no goal or destination, it is only being in the process.
