This is a place for folks to connect with other drummers and hoopers in the Madison WI area and beyond.  

No experience necessary. It is all for fun.

You all remember the old hula-hoop? That is hooping, and most hoopers I know quite like hanging out and hooping while drummers drum. It is a good mutually supportive combination.

I will be posting events for group drumming circles, drum and bonfire campouts, workshops, classes, Burning Man, and  other related things.  You should be getting  NO spam. If you do, please inform me immediately.

Posting of events is restricted to organizers. If you have an idea for a gathering, please let one of us know.

You can also post your ideas for events and meets on the discussion board.

The group will grow as more people find out about it, so please ask your friends to join the group too!

***At most meets we will have extra drums or hoops available if you don't have one.
