Midwest PHP Conference

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know that I am going to be speaking at Midwest PHP 2014 Conference at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis on March 14-16. For those of you who have mentioned wanting to learn PHP, php[architect] will be providing a full-day training course on PHP at the conference on Friday, March 14th.

If you need some more incentive to attend, Midwest PHP has generously offered Madison PHP members a 10% discount off of tickets. This discount is good through February 15th, so be sure to purchase your tickets soon. Use the discount code madisonphp when you register at: http://www.midwestphp.org/registration.

There are going to be lots of great talks about Doctrine, MongoDB, Continuous Integration (shameless plug for my talk), Symfony, Git, testing, modernizing legacy code, Composer (with our own, Beau Simensen), WordPress, RabbitMQ, and lots more! Top devs from the major PHP projects will be there, so you can meet the people creating the tools you love. Madison PHP Conference isn't happening again until September 13th, so get your spring education fix with Midwest PHP Conference and all of their great speakers:
http://www.midwestphp.com/sessions/

If anyone is interested in carpooling, just let me know! It would be great to get a group from Madison going up together.
Thanks,
Beth
