What is your background in web design? Just a few sentences.

I'm a freelance web developer based in Madison, Wisconsin. Since 1996, I've been developing websites for large companies, small organizations, and creative visionaries alike. I strive to build visually-engaging, easy-to-use websites that are accessible on any device. The ExpressionEngine and Craft CMS frameworks are my tools of choice; These versatile platforms allow for completely-tailored, easily-updated websites.

Do you do web programming? If so, which languages? (I.e., ASP, Java, PHP, Rails, Python, ColdFusion, etc.)

HTML, CSS, PHP, using ExpressionEngine, Craft CMS, and Statamic.

A GIF leaves Long Island at 2 p.m. heading south at 72DPI, while a TIF leaves Philadelphia at 3 p.m. heading north at 300 DPI. Given their resolutions, what time will they collide?

Consider using 'dppx' units instead of 'dpi', as in CSS 'dpi' means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual 'dpi' of a screen. In media query expression: only screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), not all, not all, not all, only screen and (min-resolution: 192dpi), only screen and (min-resolution: 2dppx)
