Hi Rachel! We have a wide variety of fitness levels at the Core workout and we do a short 1.5 mile warm up before hand. As long as you can run the 1.5 miles, your fitness is fine! The class can be very challenging, but is self paced and we have options for beginners. Come on out, we'd love to see you!!
