Make:SF @ Tech Liminal Feb 5th

Hello Makers,

We want to see the cool stuff you all are doing! So email us if you have something you want to show off and we will arrange a demo.

Then we have Patrick Schmidt of the Open Clay Project who will be talking about Polymer Clay Fractal making / DIY Bio Visualization

Polymer Clay is an awesome material to make all kinds of things. Using the Millefiori technique it is possible to make incredibly complex structures such as fractals with only a few repeating steps.

First we are going to see some clay biology visualizations and learn the principles about DIY Bio/ Bio Hacking.

Then we make fractals of our own.

The material Kit contains all kinds of colours to choose from and acessories needed to transform the design in all kinds of things such as jewelry or keychains. The workshop will cost $15.

A fun-for-all-ages event. Children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult.

See you soon!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
