Make:SF Oct 13th meeting Downtown SF

Meet with local people to discuss and show-and-tell new technology.

The goals are to:
- Meet other local Makers
- Share ideas, skills, and local resources
- Create collaborations between engineers, makers, craft folks, artists, etc.
- Get projects ready for Maker Faire, Burning Man or other nearby events
- Get opinions or advice on project execution

I'd like to encourage people to sign up for a 20 minute time slot to present your work or ideas. 15 minutes to present and 5 minutes for questions. Please email me at [masked]...

It's great practice for MakerFaire, and those who present will get to choose from some great Make stuff (T-Shirts, books, back issues, etc.) and snacks. (We had Goat Hill Pizza last time, but I'm open to suggestions.

This space will soon have soldering irons, we'll be able to start up the workshops again.
