Autumnal Fruit Forage around Chorlton Ees

The finished noodle soup! The "Jelly ears" mushrooms had a consistency similar to seaweed and are often used in Chinese cooking as a seaweed substitute. How did it all taste? Delicious! And I still have several portions left for my next few meals!
