Enhance mindfulness and nurture meditation practice through a combination of sitting meditation and teachings. Mindfulness refers to the ability to bring clear awareness to our present moment experience—it is a training that cultivates focused attention, calmness, clarity, and joy. The Tuesday evening talks address a wide range of subjects related to meditation and Buddhism. Typical topics include strategies for cultivating mindfulness, concentration, and compassion, and applying wisdom in daily life.
This meeting is appropriate for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. We hope you will come and experience peace, clarity of mind, and a sense of community with us.
