Suggested students trade our teacher back with dinner. If you could not do that, please left some donations to our group to paid meetup monthly charged.

Sorry I RSVP'd to attend and help out with this workshop, but didn't come, I really wanted to but my prior plans took a lot longer than I anticipated. I'll for sure make it next time!

I printed some similar sounding words that are spelt differently and included links to the "thefreedictionary.com", but the links are not visible on the printouts. This online dictionary includes definitions, example sentences, and audio clips. to, too ( too many, too much, too thin ... )
Yesterday, we went out to eat dinner. I ate too much food.
    I bought too many noodles.

Milly, I can do it. Probably can do it at my church. They do English lessons every Sunday at 1 PM.

Don't worry. It is pure lesson only and do not speak of God.

I look forward to meeting with all of you this Sunday. There are several coffee shops in this area. Since it is close to where I live, I will visit the different shops to ensure that it is appropriate for our group. If it is desirable to change coffee shops, I will post the location on this message board.

If you do this again, I'd be happy to help. I"m a former English teacher with a background mostly teaching ESL. However, I'm in San Francisco, so if you have a class in this side of the Bay in the future, I'd be happy to contribute.

If you are still looking for a location, there is a quiet coffee shop located next to Sunnyvale CalTrain that we could use.

May be San Francisco people could take the train down to attend.

I can help with English and I think I should be available that weekend. Sunday afternoons are tricky though. I'll try to make it.

Would love to help, but I have relatives in town that weekend and won't be able to make it. Will try to join the next one.

I'm a native English speaker by the way.

May be people that RSVP should say whether they are ESL or a native speaker, otherwise you will have a room full of more volunteers or all volunteers.

I have been teaching business ESL for a while now:

    Tips:

"Remember that non-stressed words and syllables are often 'swallowed' in English.
Always focus on pronouncing stressed words well, non-stressed words can be glided over.
Don't focus on pronouncing each word. Focus on the stressed words in each sentence."

will it be in the South Bay area? I'm pretty good with grammar, and fairly good American accent even though English is my second language. I can help out if needed.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
