It is CHOICE, not CHANCE, that determines our Destiny.

The name is 'Manifest Destiny' and the central theme is to help teach one another to change the way we think about ourselves to create positive change in our lives.

A few beliefs upon which Manifest Destiny is built:

Thoughts are energy.
Negative thoughts (whether self-directed or directed at others) have a direct, tangible impact on how we feel about ourselves and those around us.
Positive thoughts heal, and negative thoughts destroy-what we think manifests within and around us.
Many of our thought patterns are symptoms of how we were raised to think about ourselves, and about our relationships with others.
Happiness can only be found by looking within and is completely independant from anything outside ourselves-this has to do with our Ego's attachment to things and emotions.
Suffering/pain is actually good- and necessary.
We can change the way we think and rid ourselves of debilitating patters to positively shape our futures- in health, wealth, love, and success.
I feel that we all need a little support, and more importantly, a safe place to grow.

This group is an extension of the group held at the Roundhouse Community Center.

This group was created due to increasing demand for meetups in other locations. The Roundhouse location will continue to move forward with new meetings which all are welcome to attend, however the North Vancouver location will start at the beginning, starting over with the meetings already held at the Roundhouse. This is to assist new members as they integrate themselves with the philosophy of Manifest Destiny. Members of the original Manifest Destiny are encouraged to join both groups and are welcome at all North Vancouver meetings as well. To repeat, this is not replacing the Roundhouse location meetups, simply adding another location for people to come together in community and raise consciousness.
