We've started reading Power Foods for the Brain by Neal Barnard.
For this meeting, we'll read Step I - Put Power Foods to Work, which includes Chapters 2, 3, and 4.
As with all of our book club meetings, it is important that everyone attending the meetup:
- Read the assigned chapters and come prepared to discuss them. (Also, be sure you've read all the prior chapters.)
- Arrive on time and stay until the meeting ends (if you plan to get dinner at Whole Foods, please arrive in time to get your dinner in place by 6:45).
- Bring your book to the meeting.
