New Years Eve Alternative to Getting Wasted

Looking for a contemplative alternative to the usual New Year’s Eve? Spend as much time as you want from 9pm to just after Midnight taking in the khirtan music and meditation at Spirit Rock.

Celebrate with a community of like-minded people and set the intention of mindfulness, joy, prosperity, and well-being for 2014.

Join us as we usher in the New Year with meditation, Dharma, acoustic music, revitalizing qigong and an intention-setting ritual —letting go of the old and inviting in fresh healing energy.

Last year's pot luck was such a huge success that we invite you to bring your favorite vegetarian dish (preferably organic) again this year! Our sangha really delighted in the wide assortment of your mouth-watering delights. And yes - a microwave will be available if you need one.

Spirit Rock will provide fresh baked cookies (including gluten free), kisses (Hershey style), nuts, fruit, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Dress up, dress down, come as you truly are. All are welcome.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
