High-level martial arts training develops the individual to have the mental strength to overcome any obstacle or challenge in life.  The strength of one's mind, and its ability to discipline and control the body, will determine one's level of success in life.

If this is what you want, you want to train here!

We use Ai Ki Do (Aikido), Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan), Tae Kwon Do (Taekwondo), Kung Fu (Gung Fu), Bagwa Chung (Bagua Zhang or Pa Kua Chang), Judo (Jujitsu or Udo or Yudo), Kom Do (Samurai Sword) and traditional martial arts weapons (Ship Pal Gye) training and their different benefits to be prepared for any situation!

Dozens of forms and movements are available to make your body stronger, more flexible and have better circulation and health.

Hundreds of self-defense techniques are available to defend yourself against one or more opponents.

Training for adults and children is available Monday-Saturday at all locations below including afternoon and evening classes.

Open enrollment. No experience necessary. Contact individual training centers below to schedule your free trial lesson today!

2 weeks of free adult training at the Stoneham location only.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
