Last night's Guest Instructor - Master Jeff Sawyer, 32 years martial art experience, ex London Metropolitan Police, trained Anti-Terrorist movements, has a camp in the mountains of central Italy for self-defense training, black belt in Jujitsu, Muay-Thai, Krav Maga, Kali, and Boxing. Has restrained criminals on crack. EXCELLENT CLASS! He was very funny too. A bunch of us went out afterwards to Pipers Tavern and stayed until midnight... the conversation was so fascinating! Am beat tired now, but it was worth it.

Be prepared to ask questions about what is considered excessive force in the legal system. Now, he's from London, so laws will vary. I'd like to see an interesting discussion about the moralities of this. Please join us for dinner afterwards.
