A great deal from Spring Lake Farm. This time we are only selling in large quantities. If you can't handle 26-60 lbs on your own, use our message boards to help find someone to share a share with and then you guys can negotiate parts and pricing on your own. I did this last year before I bought my freezer.
This is a great chance to try all kinds of lamb cuts since you get a whole lamb!

$147 deposit covers the first 26 lbs at $5.50, plus $4 admin fees for this meetup (I have to pay monthly to host this club on Meetup.com). The rest should be brought in cash when you come to pick the lamb up.
The lambs are cryovacked and frozen with a USDA stamp on the label and weight of each cut and the name of the cut. This is the best way to freeze meat and means that the meat is higher quality when thawed than meat frozen in paper.

5 packages of ground meat.
1 package of liver.
2 packages of lamb breast riblets.
1 package of 2 lamb shanks.
3 packages of approx. 11- 12 rib chops.
6 packages of shoulder chops 2 to a package.
1 packages neck shoulder slices.
4 packages of loin chops. 4 to a package.
1 package of kidney heart & tongue.
