I'm interested in organizing. 
Would anyone like to assist?

I have a car and can pick up the goods.  However,  I don't have a chest freezer yet so everyone would have to pick up that day. 

As long as at least 7 people are  interested, it will be a success.

Hello All,

 

I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving. I wanted to remind you all that we have a variety of meat in the freezer, including our new shipment of sausages: Sweet Italian, Bratwurst and Smoked Cajun, made from our pork by Mountain Products Smokehouse. All the sausage is on special right now for $7.00 per pound.

 

We also have a dwindling supply of our pasture raised chickens which will not be replenished until next summer. Get them while they last: $3.25 per pound or $3:00 per pound if you buy five or more birds.

 

Quarter Beef:  We have one beef quarter available. This is a split quarter, meaning that it includes cuts from the front back and middle of the animal. The price is a special $3.60 per pound hanging weight. The hanging weight of this quarter is 188 lbs, so the total price will be $676.00. The actual weight of the meat in the boxes  will be about 140 lbs, due to loss of bone and trimming when the meat is processed into individual cuts. So the actual price per pound will be less than $5.00 per pound for this high quality, healthy pasture raised meats. This is the last chance to buy a quarter until next summer. First come first served. Call or e-mail if you are interested or have any questions.

 

We also have a variety of individual beef cuts.

 

Next week we will have some pork in so look for a notice for that.
