Love cycling? Want to stay in shape over the winter? For the first time MEC Calgary is introducing FREE, indoor stationary trainer sessions! These are cycling specific classes for all levels wanting to maintain and/or build their fitness into the spring. These classes will focus on specific cycling drills to develop pedaling efficiency, leg strength and aerobic conditioning!
The classes will be BYOB - Bring Your Own Bike - water, a towel, and cycling shoes and shorts are recommended . If you have your own trainer, please bring that as well. We will have a LIMITED amount of trainers available for use; however, there is no guarantee that a trainer will be available. We will provide an enthusiastic ride leader to keep you motivated!
