Italian (1610) vs German (1570) Rapier

We will be continuing work with Italian Rapier circa 1610, and starting to look at an earlier style of German Rapier circa 1570. As time goes on, we will be spending more time on German, but we will still be focusing on Italian for the time being.
If we get more interest, we can extend the time line to two hours, but for now, we'll stick with an hour block.
