The Meditate Rejuvenate Workshop is a free introduction to the The Art of Living Foundation's seminal programs. Over 40 million people worldwide have benefited from the Foundation's programs which teach simple yet powerful breathing and meditative techniques for living a stress free and fruitful life.
The workshop will explore the elegant Mind-Breath-Body connection, and how we can consciously use our breath to:

*break through our barriers and realize our full potential
*learn how to manage our emotions
*live a happier life!
When: Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:45pm; please arrive early for seating and registration
No need to bring anything but yourself – Yoga-mats, water, back-jacks, pillows and blankets are all supplied at the center.
