Our practice addresses the root cause of our chatter box thoughts and the associated stress it creates. This is for first time meditators as well as long time practitioners. Be casual. If you have never been to a Meetup or are new to meditation we warmly welcome you. This system is FREE! All you need is willingness to give it a try :-)
