Hi Avery, the group that meets on Mondays is both a meditation and energy healing circle. The evening usually begins with a 10-15 minute discussion, followed by a 10-15 minute guided meditation, and then a roughly 20 minute silent meditation period, during which time Oneness Blessing facilitators will go around and share the blessing with participants who wish to receive it. If you'd like more information about this blessing, you can check it out on this website:

You are welcome to bring something if you'd like, although it really is not necessary. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi, I just moved to the city and am thinking of attending this next meet-up. How long does the group normally sit for? Is it a guided or silent meditation? Is it polite to bring something?
