Self awareness, healing emotional and physical pain, cleansing out emotional and physical toxins.
I think it is based on transcendental meditation, but I am not sure it is classic TM. I learned it from the Himalayan Institute.
Hi - I have been practicing meditation for more than ten years, but would be curious to get other people's suggestions and learn about their experiences and how meditation has helped them. I am also happy to share the little knowledge I have.
