What interests you in meditation?

Self awareness, healing emotional and physical pain, cleansing out emotional and physical toxins.

What style(s) of meditation do you use?

I think it is based on transcendental meditation, but I am not sure it is classic TM. I learned it from the Himalayan Institute.

Would you like to have one longer (2 + hrs) mediation session per month?
