Great question !!!! One of my coworkers noticed how stressed out i was becoming and lent me a book on meditation for beginners. I read through it and found my personal technique.

Hello fellow meditators , I am a beginner. I started meditating about a month ago and found it to give that peace of mind I have been longing for. Not only can I focus for longer periods of time, I am more confident in achieving my goals.
