I've tried different styles of meditation throughout my travels and always enjoy the experience, though challenging.
Breathing/mindfulness meditation and yoga!
I've never sat for a session for more than an hour, but I may try it after I get back into it a bit more.
I've been travelling all over and recently moved to the DC area and now have a job working with children with autism!
They seem to be lovely!
