I had an ongoing issue with anxiety and a sleeping disorder. It actually was a problem for about 10 years. I went to psychology and psychiatry (on and off) for that entire time, with almost no results. Without knowing where to turn, I tried Scientology since I wanted to try something without medication. That was not really for me, but what was next?
I decided to try meditation and found this group on the internet.
Meditation has really improved my quality of life. My anxiety is more under control and sleeping improved. Brett said it will take about 12 weeks, and that was about right.
I think everyone needs to find what is right for them, but this was certainly right for me. I think it could benefit everyone, so I encourage everyone to try it and stick with it for a period to see the results for themselves.
