Meditation has enormous benefits. It helps you sleep, makes you think clearly, improves your creativity, memory and concentration and most importantly puts a smile on your face.
It is simple, is independent of religion and philosophy, and comes naturally.
Simply Silence is about pulling meditation back into the mainstream and so making peace and calm accessible to all.
It starts at 7pm. Beginners are welcome. We teach the basics of meditation, followed by a 25 minute silent meditation. We conclude with a brief reading by an experienced and knowledgeable writer on some aspect of meditation.
And perhaps some fine Indian food afterwards! Who said it can't be fun!
