Meditation is about moving beyond your thoughts to a quiet, open space which is naturally yours. If you are looking for an oasis of calm, and fun, in the midst of hectic work week, come along for a group meditation. Calm abiding meditation is a style of the Tibetan tradition which allows an calm, focused awareness of the breath to let the mind settle. Beginners are welcome. We teach the basics of meditation, followed by a 20-25 minute silent meditation. We conclude with a brief reading by an experienced and knowledgeable writer on some aspect of meditation. There's no charge. Relax, rejuvenate and smile.
