If you have never meditated before, this is a great way to get your practice started. If you are a regular meditator, the group energy and experiences found on our calendar will help to enhance your practice.
There are many forms and methods of meditation, including mindfulness (as in the Buddhist Vipassana and Zen traditions), visualization (chakras, and others), sound (mantra, crystal bowls, binaural beats, and others) and movement (walking meditations and others). The purpose of this Group is to help you find and explore meditation approaches that work and resonate with you!
The Group welcomes all, from beginners to advanced meditators refining their practice. All have of us have insight and wisdom to share, and a goal of this Group is that we all learn from each other.
