Beatles Transcendence and Meditation Class - in Winter Park

From the website:

A 2hr Beatles Transcendence and Meditation Class with Cary Bayer!Cary is the founder of Higher Self Healing Mediation and the author of Meditations on Enlightenment.

You’ll Learn
• How Beatles’ songs can give you a clear understanding of your
Transcendental Self’s true nature, and a glimpse into Enlightenment
• The liberating benefits of contacting that Self regularly,
and how meditation can enable you to do just that
• A relaxing breathing technique that can enliven vital energy every day

Inspired by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the Beatles went to an ashram in India, practiced Transcendental Meditation with its founder, and awakened to the Transcendent within them. A number of songs about the higher realities of Life flowed out of them in that meditative peace—songs that helped to spiritually awaken a whole generation. As you hear these songs in class, they may help awaken you, too.

Cary Bayer taught Transcendental Meditation for more than three decades. Then, in 2010, he developed Higher Self Healing Meditation. In this enlightening class, he shares some of the Beatles’ spiritual insights, and then describes a simple meditation technique that you could learn and practice daily for 20 minutes at home. This would enable you to contact the higher Self regularly, and make the great peace and freedom that results a part of your everyday life.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
