Meditation is the learning of emotional and mental control in achieving a mind that is completely healthy peaceful. .Meditation should not be viewed as an isolated practice that can stand on its own. To be effective, meditation must be practiced along with morality and wisdom. Through wisdom we shall be able to complement the effects of the practices on morality and wisdom which go hand in hand with each other. A disciplined life leads to a more serene mind. Control of the mind is the basis of morality Samadhi depends on morality and Wisdom depends on Samadhi.
