The new moon is a wondrous time of beginnings when we are able to recharge goals or set new ones. It’s a powerful day to focus on changing or improve your life. Some astrologers even speak of the new moon as a ‘wishing day’ whereby your wish, set with pure intention and expressed properly has the power to come true.
Each new moon day we will convene as a group to journal and meditate on our goals and desires. We will begin with journal writing to get these thoughts and dreams on paper. Krista will offer suggestions to provoke ideas and creativity, but you are also free to flow in your own creative process. Journaling will be followed with breathing exercises to prepare and warm the body before beginning our seated meditation.
