Weekly Meditation and Yoga in Casselberry

Yoga for Stress/Anxiety Relief - we will spend half the class going through relaxing asana and half the class into guided meditations to release stress in the body and anxiety in the mind.  Perfect for anyone who needs that relief from these disorders.  This class can also work for depression as we let go of the things that hold us back from happiness.
