Introduction to Meditation - 4 Week Course

“Meditation For Everyday, Practical Life” given by Robert Bernstein

Four 90 minute Sessions, October 9, 16, 23, 30.

For more personal instruction, class is limited to 6 people. Must register on the website,

Cost: $60 for the series

Why Learn to Meditate?   Problems, stress, ups and downs.  Having a meditation practice doesn't mean you will never have problems, stress, or ups and downs.  It means you can "learn" to experience your life with a more peaceful, balanced state of mind.   What you will learn:  meditation, what it is, how it works, what it does. This class is for everyday life, and it is inter-faith.   Meditation means in both personal and business relationships, we can learn to love our neighbor as our self, but not less, or more, or instead of our self.  As our self.   Meditation helps us see "What the mind is trying to figure out, the heart already knows."
