Yes, I practice yoga, spiritual energy work, a healthy vegetarian (mostly vegan) diet and am interested in Tai Chi as well.
Various types, including general mind-quieting meditation, focused and intentional meditation, visualization, spiritual meditation and meditation throughout various activities (yoga, gardening, exercise, cleaning, etc...)
For calming, stress relief, insight, and spirituality.
