Yoga and I consider my running as a form of meditative practice.
I am a scholar of Zen Buddhism. I am a gigantic fan of Thich Nhat Hanh and the meditations he suggests in The Energy of Prayer. However, I am very open and interested in learning all different types of meditation practices.
I'm interested in meditation in order to transcend stress, increase creativity, and find equilibrium!
I have always meditated independently, yet am now looking for the empowering and enlightening energy of a group. I look forward to practicing with all of you!
