Do you practice other complimentary approaches such as yoga, tai chi, energy work or healthy diet?

Yoga and I consider my running as a form of meditative practice.

What styles have you practiced?

I am a scholar of Zen Buddhism. I am a gigantic fan of Thich Nhat Hanh and the meditations he suggests in The Energy of Prayer. However, I am very open and interested in learning all different types of meditation practices.

Why are you interested in meditation?

I'm interested in meditation in order to transcend stress, increase creativity, and find equilibrium!

Introduction

I have always meditated independently, yet am now looking for the empowering and enlightening energy of a group. I look forward to practicing with all of you!
