I have maintained a mostly consistent yoga practice for more than 10 years, I aspire to become more consistent in my practice. I enjoy paddle boarding, running, biking and maintain a mostly healthy diet, don't drink or smoke but admit to a weakness for chocolate and cupcakes.
Various types of Guided mediations, relaxation, crystal bowl, etc.
It is something I've been practicing for a few years on my own. I enjoy enjoy group settings and am always looking to improve my practice.
