The seminar integrates modern methods with ancient wisdom to help individuals lead a more fulfilling and productive life.     Is it educational or actually learning on Matt with workout clothes etc?
    Not sure if I am in town- If so- I could make it- wear sweats I guess?

      Debra its a combo of educational and learning of mind, breath and meditation during this workshop. And we won't be using mats but you're welcome to wear comfortable clothing.

    Hello Group, the room I reserved for this Saturday's meetup (10/26 11:30am) has been double-booked, and I need to move meetup to after 12. If I moved the time to 12:15 to 1pm would that work? Best to not have a full stomach before meetup.
