EarthRite

In celebration of our tenth anniversary, ChIME invites you to a ceremony and celebration, honoring Earth. Come renew your spirit and connect with others who share your passion for Earth renewal.
Doors open at 3:45 -the ceremony begins at 4:15. Afterwards there will be food and social time. The event is free and open to the public. Donations are appreciated.

EarthRite is a multi-media, participatory experience intended to renew planetary commitment and nourish the spirit, regardless of religious affiliation. We will join together in celebration and sorrow, dancing and singing, meditation and prayer.
Singers from the Portsmouth-based Voices from the Heart women's chorus and musicians from Sacred Sound and Energy will participate in EarthRite, along with community representatives from Buddhist, Christian, Islamic, Hindu, Jewish, Native American, Pagan and other spiritual paths. In addition, many of the artistic gifts of ChIME students and graduates will be showcased.

I thought it was awesome to see such a large collective of like minded people who truly care about our earth. I've never been in such a setting before. To be with so many people of so many different faiths, and unite with each of them was incredible. Even thought I didn't touch base with the group, I am so happy that I was able to be there.

Earth rite was a life changing experience for me. The music, the speakers, the atmosphere the unity the oneness frim all faiths. A celebration an awareness of what really matters. Wish the whole city could have been there. What an eye opener, what authenticity, what humanity, what a cause.

Hello All, Is the intention to attend as a group or something more spontaneous?
