Introduction to the Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation

The mindfulness of breathing will help develop concentration and mindfulness. What can we gain from being mindful? It is a good antidote to restlessness and anxiety, we can find ourselves, and a good way to relax simply by concentrating on the breath. This meditation has a positive effect on one’s entire physical and mental state. The number one aim of concentrated meditation is being oneself!

Cost: Suggested donation $10-$25
