Introduction to Meditation

Dharmasuri leads an evening introduction to the mindfulness of breathing meditation. She helps us to find ways to bring us into the present moment with awareness of a calm, peaceful state of being. Meditation helps us to let go of restlessness and anxiety. A wonderful way to relax along with having a positive effect on one’s entire physical and mental state.

Cost: $25-$35 (self determining sliding scale)
