One of the beauties of mindfulness is that it works with any philosophy, religion, spiritual belief, or skepticism. And perhaps the greatest challenge of mindfulness is maintaining a practice to help support the growth and development along the path towards greater awareness and living in the present. Whether your path be meditation, yoga, tai chi, walking, exercise, or other process, having a community to support practice can provide a motivator for positive movement. Come join us on Monday evening to discuss challenges and opportunities of mindfulness practice. No experience necessary. There will be a suggested donation of 5 dollars to cover costs.
