I've been practicing staying with the breath to quiet my mind to then become aware the body. I also try to practice mindful walking. Very much a beginner at meditation. :)
I hope to gain more knowledge and tools in the practice of mindfulness.
So happy to find this group. Living with awareness & being in the present moment are a large part of my journey at this time in my life. I'm excited to continue to learn new skills in mindful living.
