What is your experience with meditation?

Several times, here and there, for 5 to 10 minutes. Have read a good amount on it though.

What is it you wish to get out of this group?

Being more mindful - hoping that will help reduce stress/anxiety, increase productivity, etc.

Introduction

Have done a bit of meditation in the past but haven't stuck with it. Would like to increase my mindfulness.
