I have been meditating on an off for about two years now. When I am taking the time to practice, I have found that my self awareness increases and that I am calmer and happier regardless of my external circumstances.
I wish to meet others that value mindfulness and spiritual development.
In March 2015, I will begin the path to become a Midwife. When not working as a lifeguard or reading up on midwifery, I can be found on my families' permaculture based small farm/homestead.
