I studied meditation in Thailand during my Yoga training.... I found the practiced so nourishing and grounding then. I have gotten away from it and it would be great to have some guidance and a community.
needs to find and sharpen my tools how to find my way back to inner calm, I know meditation has positive effects on my overall outlook and state of mind,
I love life in Maine and it would be wonderful to meet more like minded individuals
