I have taught meditation for over 15 years and have training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I teach mindfulness, body awareness and how to development positive emotions. I have 20 years experience practicing meditation. My experience not only comes from many years of practicing and teaching meditation, but from my active role as a committed Buddhist with the Triratna Buddhist Community.
I would like to be part of and bring more awareness to the community both by teaching and learning.
