Having started this meetup about 7 years ago, I've seen lots of people who say they are aspiring to learn more about meditation, to solidify a practice, and become more mindful in their daily living. This Monday's Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation class with Lisa Blake is a great opportunity to learn from someone who has been teaching over 10 years to hundreds of students. You can just show-up for one class to try it out, and then continue if you enjoy the practice and teachings. She'll be continuing with Monday night teaching and meditation through the end of May.
We hope you can join us in mindful community as we seek to cultivate greater awareness and presence into our lives and into the world.
