Hope this email finds you doing well and dligently practicing your meditation. Remember, we become very good at what we practice all the time. It is a good idea to practice calmness, peacefulness, mindfullness and open heartedness when ever possible.
Having said that, this email is to let you know that Myriam and I will be out of town a couple of weeks this June so the group sitting has been cancelled for June 11, June 24, June 25 and July 1. We will be holding the meditation groups on all the other Sundays and Mondays. We look forward to seeing you there.
