I trust and hope all is well with you! Of course the November practice sessions are already scheduled. For December, we'll have our two sessions back to back as in Saturday and Sunday one weekend. This will probably occur on the 2nd or 3rd weekend in order not to conflict with the holiday. In January, we may do the practices back to back, as well, toward the middle or end of the month. After January, we will go back to our old type of schedule; having them a week apart. Then I will ask for your feedback as to how you like it better: seperated or clustered.

In these classes much more is accessible and much more is presented. These currently are $60 per month and members may attend all scheduled classes for that fee. We host approximately four FREE weekend workouts of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong per month. Both beginners and invested students can benefit. Paying members attend classes on Monday and Wednesday.
